This was an unaccredited external program based upon the Oxford model of interrogatory   research   response. This program was approved by the state Board of Education 1972 - 1976, but did not achieve regional accreditation.  It was an early precursor to online education such as University of Phoenix Online.

Dissertation research entitled:  Metaphysics and Jung.  The study was directed toward a critical philosophical examination of the relationship between Carl Jung’s Analytical Psychology and classical metaphysical inquiry.  The purpose of the dissertation was to reconcile differences between Jung’s espoused anti-metaphysical position and legitimate metaphysical investigation.  Questions concerning the philosophy of science, empirical versus phenomenological investigation and subjectivity objectivity were cast in an analytical perspective to resolve ambiguities in Jung’s Kantian orientation.

Designed Follow up Unit to maintain frequent medical/psychological contact with all contracting substance abuse treatment programs in the San Francisco   Oakland area.  Supervised diagnosis, placement and monitoring of all Criminal Justice System clients in treatment.  Conducted outcome measures of treatment cost effectiveness; multi variable analysis of therapy outcome and feedback/consultation to contractors.

Designed and created an experimental, federally funded pilot project within an established methadone clinic.  Project was designed to encourage clients to learn job/life skills and to facilitate their detoxification from methadone.  Prevalence of long term maintenance significantly cut.
